Concierge Level Service
With a high level of staffing, we experience the luxury of personal, concierge level service each and every day. This may mean our favorite drinks waiting for us at the bar, our golf clubs transferred to our friend's cart without having to ask, our homes checked in on while we're away or our groceries fetched for us when we're too busy.
"We never say no to members," says our Human Resources Director. "Even if it seems impossible, we'll make it happen. We believe in the philosophy of being easy to do business with."
When we prepare to return to Frenchman's Creek after being away, staff will stock our refrigerator and bar, turn the AC to the desired setting or provide flowers and balloons -- whatever we may desire.
The director of our Property Owners Association, explains it this way: "If a member says, "I need a red elephant," the response from the staff is "how many and when do you need it?"
As members, we have endless stories about this renowned service. Here are only two.
"The services and amenities are just unmatched," says member Norman Wain. "For our friend's birthday, we were going to go to a restaurant. But we forgot to make a reservation, so we decided to have it at home. My wife talked to the catering manger yesterday and came up with a menu. Tonight they'll bring it over with waitstaff. We're going to have a beautiful, catered meal on the spur of the moment. But that's par for the course around here."
