Dining options abound at Frenchman's Creek. Whether we want a quick lunch or a decadent five-course dinner, our club's four restaurants always exceed our expectations. For this we thank executive chef Bernd Linsenmayer and his outstanding staff.

Bernd brings more than 30 years of culinary know-how to our daily dining experiences. He holds a German Kitchen Masters degree and has worked in fine dining establishments in London, Dallas and the South of France.

"We have the same guests each day," Bernd says. "We give them what they want and make it interesting. It's all about enjoyment. It's not about what I'd like to cook, it's about what our members would like to eat. It's a really interesting job. It's the excitement of the unknown. No day is like the one before."

Our bars come stocked with the finest liquors, bottled beers and world-class wines. We can choose from more than 35 brands of vodka and a fine selection of single malt scotches. Our wine cellar holds more than 150 offerings, ranging in price from $3 a glass to $3,000 a bottle. Want your particular brand to be stocked? Just ask a bartender.

Members on diets and with unique nutritional needs eat gourmet meals prepared with style and infused with flavor. Our soups are made without cream or milk, and special Weight Watchers entrees and desserts are always available.

From traditional home-style cooking to modern, cutting-edge cuisine, we can find whatever we want here at Frenchman's Creek. If it's not on the menu, the chefs will make it for us. As food and beverage director Pietro Valentini says, "Our menus are ideas. We never say no to our members."

Grille Room

This sleek restaurant features a dramatic open kitchen and views of the stadium tennis court. Based on a steakhouse concept, the menu features the finest steaks and chops, plus everything from broiled Chilean sea bass to sesame encrusted tofu. The desserts, ranging from chocolate souffle to orange sorbet, are to die for.

Beach Club

At our private Beach Club on Juno Beach, we can choose from casual fare delivered to our beach chairs or fine dining inside the club. Coral and aqua tones mix with rattan furniture and overhead fans inside the club house to create a feeling of tropical luxury. Outside, a gazebo with a view of the crashing surf provides the perfect spot for a romantic dinner. The menu emphasizes the freshest seafood, with favorites such as two pound Maine lobster and Dover sole meuniere always available.

Main Dining Room

Seating 540 guests at rounds or 300 people theater-style, our main party room hosts an endless stream of over-the-top affairs. Wedding receptions, Broadway acts, Halloween costume parties. Each and every one keeps our guests marveling over the details for years to come. We also host a regular schedule of members only dinner and dancing events in this room. Our meals in the Main Dining Room are often built-around a theme, such as Chinese New Year or Texas BBQ. But the decor and the food can be anything we imagine.

19th Hole

This casual eatery serves complimentary breakfast each day, along with lunch and dinner. With both an indoor dining room and a screened outdoor seating area, this restaurant is the hub of the community and the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat after a golf game or before heading off to see a show. Light sandwiches, soups and salads are always available.

Take Out Service

Each day we can choose to have dinner delivered to our home. From gazpacho and pita pizza marinara to blackened pork chops and fresh grilled chicken breast caprese, the take out menu covers any taste. During holidays and special events, themed take out menus are created.

Private Parties

Whether we're planning a party for four or 400, our staff can custom craft a menu and an ambiance to suit our needs and match our wildest dreams. We host our weddings, anniversary parties, charity balls and milestone celebrations at the Club House. The food and the decor are always first-rate. The catering staff also coordinates private events held in our homes and at the Beach Club. "The capabilities are limitless as far as what can be done," says catering director Doug Foote. We've even placed dance floors over members' pools."
