Our Exceptional Staff

From the moment we arrive at the Club House, the Beach Club, the Golf Center, the Tennis Center or the Spa & Fitness Club, our every need is attended to. Behind this unbelievable service is Achal Goswami, our executive director and chief operating officer. He has decades of experience serving guests at the world's most luxurious hotels, coming to us after overseeing the opening of new hotels for The Ritz-Carlton.

"Our members should always feel especially welcome every day," says Achal, who speaks five languages and can be seen throughout the club making sure the service is always of the highest level. "We like to think of Frenchman's Creek as a cruise ship on land."

He explains that providing exceptional service is all about anticipating our needs. When we wake to a chilly morning, Achal says his staff adjust accordingly, knowing many of us will show up late for our 8 a.m. tee times and that the 19th Hole restaurant will be extra busy. It also means that the golf cart attendants must be ready with hot chocolate for those of us who brave the early morning weather.

"Achal says he didn't go to college to learn how to say no," remarks member David Schain. "When I'm in the Club House, I feel like it's my home."

Achal's understanding of how to provide the highest level of personal service permeates our club. He's recruited a number of staff leaders directly from The Ritz-Carlton. And under a program he's initiated, top hospitality students from around the world vie for a spot in our exclusive training program. Here they learn how to deliver Frenchman's Creek's legendary service, while we enjoy an international flair in the comfort of our own home.
